Sky Watch Friday

Continuing in Washington Oaks State Park we find a Skywatch photo featuring some tree with red berries draped in Spanish moss.  Any ideas as to what type of tree it might be?

Visit the Skywatch blog for all of the hundreds of great shots every week.

Very pretty. I like the way you captured the little bit of fluffy white in the sky

Could that be mistletoe growing in the trees. We have that growing in our oaks on the West coast of florida.

I like standing in the forest and taking pictures up towards the sky like you do. I invite you to come see my sky views from the BC Ferry to Powell River. -- Margy

Super shot with the colour of the sky grading from dark to light sideways rather than up and down. The white cloud lights up the tree well too.

No idea what kind of tree it is, but I think the spanish moss is cool. Oh - the sky is great too. One of my favorite views of the sky is looking up through the trees. :)
