The sign for the dock says no bicycles... so these were left locked up at the end as directed. Good for them (for following the rules and giving me a photo subject).

Not many obey rules so that did make a good photo subject.
I scrolled down and really like your blog.
It is a good thing to be obedient.
And a very clever way to show it.
I believe in following the rules.
The bikes did make a nice colorful picture.
Having read the sign to the right in detail, I think it could be substituted with a simple one saying:
Nothing allowed... :-)
