For this ABC Wednesday, "D" is for dock - this one next to the St. Augustine Yacht Club and currently the resting place for at least a dozen pelicans resting from their morning hunting trips.
I like your D-ock and the fact that the pelicans stayed put so you could take their picture. I tend to take picutres of flowers as they don't leave before I snap. We have had white pelicans migrate to the Yakima River the last several years. Their original spring and summer home in Oregon was apparently developed or for some other reason no longer provided habitat. I love catching a glimpse of them during my commute.
Beautiful dock. Anything to do with water is beautiful. I want to visit there. Only been to Tybee Island close to Savannah on that side. We usually go to Gulf Shores, AL. or Panama City Beach, FL.
