Jeremiah?

Probably not.  This isn't a Bull Frog.  Some type of toad.  I know someone who might be able to identify him, though... oh, Mr. FC?  Any ideas?

I don't think it's a native, can't find an I.D. anywhere. You can contact the fish and game folks, they may know. Lots of "pets" get dumped, you never know what you'll find these days.
